OUR PROJECTS
GARAGE CONVERSION & EXTENSION
We extended and converted this existing garage into a 1 bedroom annexe in rural Herefordshire. We managed this project from start to finish, communicating with local building control, organising trades and materials and eventually getting the customer moved in.
GARDEN RENOVATION
The customer asked us to install astro-turf in the garden to prevent the mass amount of nettles and thorns constantly growing through, making it un-enjoyable for the children to play outside. We removed a massive amount of soil, rebuilding the ground back up with hardcore and membranes before a final layer of grano-dust to provide the flat, level look the customer wanted.
TIMBER FRAME CAR PORT
We erected a carport using Douglas fir timber and a slate roof to protect the clients vehicles from tree sap and birds. An award project to complete due to the boundary line not being square and the client wanting to maximise space, but it turned out great.
HOUSE REPAINT
We carried out a house-repaint on a rental property in Hereford after the previous tenants moved out. We also installed laminate flooring in the entrance, and glossed the woodwork (excl doors).
GARAGE CONVERSION
We carried out a garage conversion, removing the faulty garage door, bricking up and installing a window to allow natural light in. Complying with building control, we got this job turned around quickly ready for the client to use their new room.
COMMERCIAL TOILETS
We renovated a mens and ladies toilets in a commercial property. A massive change from the existing outdated toilets, leaving a fresh welcoming look for the general public.
GARAGE EXTENSION & KITCHEN & LOFT CONVERSION
We knocked through the internal garage wall, bricked up the old garage door opening to create a large kitchen/diner space. We also finished of the loft conversion providing two additional much needed rooms for the clients family.
EXTENSION
We created a relatively eco-friendly extension on this property. We built on top of the existing dura-base after removing the existing fully glazed extension that had been leaking for some time. A more useable room for the clients, complete with timber windows and doors, cladding and roof tiles to match the existing property.
